Claws is the latest short story that I'm working on for "The Second Journey Into the Unknown" by Mark Cusco Ailes and I. Imagine a twenty foot cat terrorizing a town. The beach would be his litter box. Humans would be his prey. There will be a lot of humor in this short story. As the picture that I took of the shirt I recently bought at Wal-mart shows that it is a parody of the movie Jaws. I hope to have that story finished within the next two weeks.
I still need to work on the outline for Karena 2. The story starts back in the Salem Witch Trials era revolving how Triskies (haven't given him his human form name yet) was trapped in his feline form permanently. Then the story goes into the future several years after the first Karena ended. I was watching an episode of Sabrina, The Teen Witch recently and realized Triskies is a horror version of Salem. I had to laugh at that.
I hope to see everybody at the next couple of book signings. Monday I will announce more details for my June Friday the 13th night appearance in Valparaiso, Indiana.
Until next time, stay scared
